It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they are fit to obtain all required travel docs. In the event they are not obtained, for whatever reason the reservation will be cancelled at the travelers loss/expense.

 Our booking site is periodically updated regularly with the price changes and availability, which constantly changes as rooms are booked and reserved 24/7. This means pricing advertised on our flyers, brochures, website, social media posts, eblasts etc. can become out dated at any time. In the event there is a change in price or availability when you make your deposit we will notify you if the increase is greater than $50 per person, or if the room you requested is sold out. You have 48hrs from receipt of that email to request a refund or we will confirm your reservation with the prevailing rates.

It is best to register sooner than later as pricing and availability is subject to change. With supply and demand, today's price may not be available tomorrow. 

Travel Protection (Travel Insurance) compensates you (the traveler) if things do not go as planned. 

It's not so much about getting "a" policy, as it is about getting the "RIGHT" policy. Travelers should purchase a policy that best fits their desired level of coverage rather than choosing based on the cheapest price. Travel insurance can cover anything from unforeseen circumstance to missed flights, lost luggage, accommodations, medical evacuations and the ability to cancel for any reason, to name just a few. We recommend our travelers purchase their insurance policy within 7 days of registering for the trip to ensure they are presented with the widest range of coverage offerings. Options available to travelers after 7 days of booking have limited options. The process to get a free quote is simple. Girl Let's Got trip reservations are nonrefundable, therefore, if you wish to seek any compensation in the event something jeopardizes your trip... GET TRAVEL INSURANCE.

 Some discount codes are only given to certain mediums such as (Girl Let's Go Travel Club, Our Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook Past Guests, our email subscribers etc.) If you do not see a discount code, that does not mean it does not exist... it means the code is private. Enter your private discount code you received during checkout. We do not go back and enter discount codes after you have registered. Here are a few discounts that are available to the public.

Flights are NOT included in the package price for this trip as our travelers are flying in from all over the US making it impossible to give one flight price for all.

OPTION A:

If you wish to have Girl Let's Go coordinate your flight arrangements we will be glad to do so upon request. Simply indicate that during registration and we will send you a quote. If you wish to purchase the flight option, the flight MUST be paid in full.

OPTION B:

You are welcome to purchase flights on your own. Doing so may allow you to secure seats on major carriers and bare-fare airlines that provide lower rates provided you give up a few luxuries and accommodations. Nevertheless, whichever flight you choose, we will pick you up from the airport and provide you with roundtrip service to and from the resort once you reach destination so long as you've provided us with your flight detail by Feb 14, 2024.
