Ready, Set, Rio! is your invitation to experience the vibrant energy of Rio de Janeiro in true Girl Let’s Go style — iconic sights, Brazilian culture, unforgettable food, beautiful views, and plenty of moments worth adding to your passport.

From the breathtaking views atop Corcovado Mountain and Sugarloaf to the bohemian charm of Santa Teresa and the rhythms of samba at Portela, you’ll experience some of Rio’s most celebrated sights and sounds. Relax beachside at the legendary Arena Copacabana Hotel, savor authentic Brazilian cuisine through curated dining experiences, and enjoy the perfect mix of planned adventures and time to simply soak up the city.

🏨 4 Nights in Rio de Janeiro
Stay at the Arena Copacabana Hotel, putting you right near one of Rio’s most legendary beaches.

🍽️ Welcome Dinner
Kick things off Brazilian-style with a Rodizio dinner at Churrascaria Palace.

🌎 Christ the Redeemer
Journey up Corcovado Mountain to one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and take in panoramic views across Rio. Renata’s tentative itinerary schedules this on Day 2.

🚡 Sugarloaf Mountain
Ride the cable car to the summit for incredible views of Guanabara Bay, Copacabana, Christ the Redeemer, and Rio’s coastline.

🥂 Guanabara Bay Boat Experience
Cruise the bay on a private boat while taking in Rio from the water — open bar included.

🍴 Farewell Dinner
Close out the experience with a three-course farewell dinner at Baleia Rio’s. The current tentative itinerary places Sugarloaf, the boat experience, and farewell dinner together on Day 3.

🚐 Private Airport Transfers
Arrival and departure transportation for travelers arriving/departing together on the designated flight arrangements.

DAY 1 — WELCOME TO RIO

Arrival + Welcome Dinner

Welcome to Brazil! Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro, meet your local representative for a private transfer to the hotel with bilingual guide assistance and help with check-in.

That evening, kick off the trip with a Rodizio-style Welcome Dinner at Churrascaria Palace, including roundtrip transfers and guide assistance.

DAY 2 — CHRIST THE REDEEMER

Corcovado Mountain + Free Afternoon

Today, experience one of Rio’s most iconic landmarks — Christ the Redeemer, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

Journey to Corcovado Mountain and take in spectacular panoramic views of Copacabana Beach, Sugarloaf Mountain, Guanabara Bay, and Rio’s surrounding mountains.

Afterward, enjoy an afternoon at leisure to relax at the hotel or explore Rio your way.

DAY 3 — RIO FROM ABOVE & THE WATER

Sugarloaf Mountain + Guanabara Bay + Farewell Dinner

Start the day at legendary Sugarloaf Mountain, riding the cable car to the summit for breathtaking views of Guanabara Bay, Copacabana Beach, Christ the Redeemer, and Rio’s dramatic coastline.

Then take the celebration to the water with a private Guanabara Bay boat tour with open bar, cruising past Sugarloaf Mountain, the Rio–Niterói Bridge, historic forts, and Rio’s beautiful coastline.

Tonight, gather for a 3-course Farewell Dinner at Baleia Rio’s.
