What About Flights
Being that we have ladies flying in from all parts of the U.S. we do not have a one price fits all flight option included in our price.
✈️ ✈️ ✈️ During registration we ask for your nearest airport so that we can assist with your specific flight needs and preferences. We can add a flight option to your reservation allowing you to make payments on your entire trip over time OR you can book the flight of your choice on your own and we'll provide transportation to and from the airport provided you send us your flight information by the final payment date.
If you would like us to include a flight option in your reservation it will increase your deposit to $250 per person.
Yesterday's Price
Our booking site is periodically updated with the price changes and availability, which constantly change as rooms are booked and reserved 24/7. This means pricing advertised on our flyers, brochures, website, social media posts, eblasts etc. can become out dated at any time. In the event there is a change in price or availability when you make your deposit we will notify you if the increase is greater than $50 per person, or if the room you requested is sold out. You have 48hrs from receipt of that email to request a refund or we will confirm your reservation with the prevailing rates.
It is best to register sooner than later as pricing and availability is subject to change. With supply and demand, today's price may not be available tomorrow.
Travel Insurance & Refunds
Travel Protection (Travel Insurance) compensates you (the traveler) if things do not go as planned.
It's not so much about getting "a" policy, as it is about getting the "RIGHT" policy. Travelers should purchase a policy that best fits their desired level of coverage rather than choosing based on the cheapest price. Travel insurance can cover anything from unforeseen circumstance to missed flights, lost luggage, accommodations, medical evacuations and the ability to cancel for any reason, to name just a few. Time is of the essence. Considering the final payment for this trip is in SEPTEMBER, the longer you wait to place your deposit, the less time you have to pay off your trip. In addition, as time goes on the price of rooms is expected to increase and sell out so it is best to book as early as possible.
Don't Have A Roommate?
No problem. You can consider yourself lucky to not have to deal with the uncertainty that comes with traveling with flaky folks. Since you do not have anyone to "split" the cost of the room with, you'll pay for the entire cost of the room.
If you think you'll have a roommate by final payment, you can book now to reserve your desired room and start paying on your trip - then add your roommate later.

Yes. Our packages go beyond just providing "a flight and room." Our packages feature carefully planned itineraries enhanced with events, excursions, giveaways, exclusive perks, and additional offerings and customization from the resort/cruise/tour operators for our group experience. All these elements are covered in our pricing.
While you could very well book the same dates elsewhere in pursuit of a cheaper price, it is essential to note that opting for a cheaper option could mean missing out on the immersive group experience considering we do not put all scheduled activities and inclusions on our website; instead, we preserve a certain element of surprise for our travelers when they arrive in destination. We wouldn't want you to miss out on any of the fun!
